Loading, Generating, and Importing Intent

Reconcile From Spaces opens a full-page preview built from one fresh Spaces observation. It keeps four layers separate: the reusable building intent profile, published device intent, any existing draft device intent, and the values currently reported by Spaces. Opening or editing the preview does not change local intent.

For each AP and field, select Spaces to adopt the observed value, building intent to reset to the reusable baseline, or an existing published/draft value. Use the drift-only switch, floor and AP filters, and server-side pagination for large buildings. A floor filter also enables deterministic sequential minor assignment.

Apply as Draft materializes the complete candidate as per-device draft intent. Published intent and remediation expectations do not change until that draft is reviewed and published. If local intent changes while a preview is open, refresh from Spaces before applying it.

Generation creates a managed baseline from inventory, topology, and the effective tenant/building intent profile. Review generated UUID, major/minor, mode, power, and floor values before publication.

CSV supports bulk exchange with external review workflows. Preview an import before applying it. The replace option removes draft rows not present in the file, so it should be used only when the CSV is intended to be authoritative.

AP and battery-beacon rows appear together in the UI but use separate backend models and remediation paths. Filtering and bulk editing apply only to the rows currently selected. The revision column identifies which local revision owns a row.
